urCASH - Open Banking Platform

urCASH is a financial software MVP for account aggregation, expense analysis and budgeting. Review integrations, security and licensing before commercial operation.

Project brief

urCASH is a financial software MVP offered for acquisition or licensing. The proposed product scope covers account aggregation, transaction and expense categorization, income and spending views, budgeting alerts and investment-related interfaces. The gallery documents Arabic mobile screens for an aggregated account view, recent transactions, income analysis and budget alerts.

Intended users and operating roles

  • End users review connected-account information, transactions, spending and budget alerts through the mobile interface.
  • The product operator configures the service, integrations and customer-support process.
  • Authorized banking or financial providers may be required for regulated data or transaction functions.

These roles depend on the commercial deployment model. A demonstration should identify which role is implemented in the MVP, which screens use sample data and which external connections are active.

Documented product scope

  • Aggregated account and balance interface.
  • Recent-transaction view.
  • Transaction and expense categorization.
  • Income and spending analysis screens.
  • Budget alerts.
  • Investment-related interface concepts.

The screenshots document interface scope. They do not prove that a bank API, payment rail, investment service or production data source is connected.

User workflow

The proposed flow begins with connected financial data and presents it in an account summary. The user can then review transactions, move into income or spending analysis and see configured budget alerts. Any production version needs consent, connection status and error states around this flow so users can distinguish current data from delayed or unavailable data.

Technical and commercial due diligence

Ask for a demonstration that distinguishes live integrations from sample data. Review supported bank APIs, consent handling, connection refresh, error recovery, audit logs and deployment documentation. The buyer should also inspect the source-code repository, dependency list, build instructions and environments. Source-code rights, third-party licences, remaining work, support and acceptance criteria belong in the contract rather than being inferred from screenshots.

Verification checklist

  • Confirm every delivered screen and its data source.
  • Record which integrations are live, mocked or not started.
  • Rebuild the application from the supplied source and deployment instructions.
  • Test expired consent, unavailable providers, delayed data and duplicate transactions.
  • Review access control, secrets management, logs, backup and incident procedures.
  • Arrange an independent security assessment for the intended deployment.

Software and financial authorization

Buying software does not grant permission to access bank accounts, initiate payments, hold customer money or provide investment advice. Each activity needs review under the relevant jurisdiction and may require an authorized provider, regulatory approval or a separate licence. Security controls also need independent assessment. This page does not claim certification or approval from SAMA, CBUAE, ADGM or another authority.

Saudi buyers should consult SAMA's open banking framework. UAE buyers should review the CBUAE Open Finance licensing rules. Investment services can have additional requirements.

Possible next phase

Only scope a production phase after the buyer has confirmed the code, integrations, data model and regulatory route. That phase can then list the required providers, production controls, migrations and release checks without treating the MVP screens as proof that those items already exist.

Next step

Request a technical demonstration and a written list of delivered features, integration status and remaining work. Review the Saudi digital-payments and open-banking investment opportunity, see our payment integration service, or contact the team to discuss due diligence.
