JobsHub - Jobs Portal & Resume Builder

JobsHub is a recruitment website with job search, CV building, application tracking and employer tools for publishing jobs and managing candidates.

Project brief

JobsHub is a recruitment website for job seekers and employers. It brings job discovery, online CV creation and application tracking into the candidate account. Employers use company accounts to publish openings, search candidates and manage applications. The gallery shows the Arabic job-search landing page and the CV builder with downloadable templates.

Users and responsibilities

  • Candidates maintain profiles and experience records, build a CV, search vacancies and follow their applications.
  • Employers maintain company profiles, publish job posts and review incoming candidates.

These account types need separate permissions. Candidate contact and employment data should only appear where the agreed recruitment workflow requires it, while employers need control over their own company details and vacancies.

Candidate scope

  • Profile and work-history management.
  • CV builder with selectable templates and PDF export.
  • Job search and filters.
  • Application submission and status tracking.
  • Notifications related to account and application activity.

Employer scope

  • Company profile management.
  • Job creation and publishing.
  • Candidate search.
  • Application review and management.
  • Application analytics within the employer workflow.

Recruitment workflow

A candidate completes a profile and CV before searching for a suitable vacancy. An application then links the candidate record to the employer's job post so both sides can follow the agreed stages. The employer account collects applicants under the relevant vacancy and supports review without mixing records between companies.

Implementation decisions

The product needs a defined application-stage model, employer-verification process and privacy policy for candidate data. CV fields and export layouts should be agreed before templates are expanded because each new field affects data entry and the generated PDF. Search filters should use controlled values where possible so candidates and employers classify roles in the same way.

Verification and handoff

Test the complete path with separate candidate and employer accounts. Confirm profile editing, CV output, job filters, application submission, status changes, notifications and company-level access rules. Mobile checks should cover the search form, CV builder and employer tables. The available project material does not provide placement rates or hiring outcomes, so this case study makes no such claim.

Possible next phase

A later phase can extend the application stages, CV templates, search taxonomy or employer review tools. Before adding them, define the data fields, access rules and reports that the change requires.
